Microwave “baked” apples
Serves: 1 Ingredients: 1 apple, cut into thin slices ¼ tsp cinnamon Pinch nutmeg ¼ tsp ginger 2 tsp honey or brown sugar Optional toppings: vanilla yogurt, whipped cream, granola, nuts, or seeds Directions: Slice apple in thin slices Put in microwave-safe bowl.
