Service Description

Community Health Worker(CHW)students will improve skills in health outreach, community assessments, community organizing and CHW self-care by learning the ten essential core competencies of CHW work. These core competencies meet the requirements for the New Mexico CHW Certification through the Office of Community Health Workers.
