Service Description
Are you one of the more than 80 million Americans who currently or have previously suffered from back pain? Join therapeutic yoga instructor and Certified Posture Expert Meghan Bass-Petti for this gentle class that will focus on improving the health of your back with education, strengthening, postural correction and pain-relieving movements to finally find relief. This is also a great class for those who haven't experienced back pain but would like to focus on prevention and health maintenance! Classes are on Zoom and are recorded for those who cannot attend live.
