Service Description

Do you want to try yoga for the first time or are you already a seasoned practitioner? Join Licensed Mental Health Therapist and Certified Yoga Therapist Meghan Bass-Petti via Zoom to experience refreshing gentle movement to start the new year on the right foot. You will learn traditional and unique mindful movement practices for improved mobility, balance, immune support, joint health, and stress relief. Learn how to safely strengthen your body and mind in this therapeutic yoga class geared to all levels and abilities. Chair options will be provided in every class.
