Join Chair Fitness every Thursday to: Increase strength, flexibility, core strength and balance Reduce pain and stiffness Chair Fitness includes safe movement and resistance practices taught while seated in a chair or standing using the chair for support. This workout is designed to support limited mobility, but is open to all fitness levels. Join virtual in the comfort of your own space. We recommend the following equipment to participate: sturdy chair without arms 1 foam yoga block or small cushion 1 "lightweight, 5-15 lbs." resistance band
