In this class, we will learn about the practice of gratitude and how science proves it can promote health and longevity. This session will connect food to mind and body with a deeper understanding and appreciation of food systems and slowing down to enjoy meals. What to expect: You will be cooking together in groups and enjoy a nutritious and delicious meal afterwards.
